The receptionist/scheduler, Meadow, was well-informed, professional and congenial, polite and accommodating, so easy to work with. The scheduling was simple. I asked and was told the names of the people who were coming. Initially just for Duct Cleaning, but we expanded it to rug cleaning and mopping of floors. Harry and Colby were great representatives for their company! They were polite and congenial,.efficient and thorough! We actually enjoyed having them around! We recommend them highly! These guys always do an awesome job!! Had them clean my carpet and wood floors twice and my upholstery once. Each job done flawlessly. Just had them so some carpet repair that I thought was impossible to fix but made it look like it did before the damage. Couldn't even tell it was ever damaged. I highly recommend them.
